So I made it a movie night and actually watched this last night and let me tell you, I havent been this entertained with a cartoon type movie in a minute. The 3-D really did intensify it for me and it was truley a whimsical and pleasurable experience. Coraline is a horror novella by British author Neil Gaiman that was published in 2002 a tale of a girl that gets lost in a 'better' universe with tons of interesting twists. When I found out about the dunks I flipped, shit is mad original. Cat and Mouse lace locks and actual tails on the back? I mean that is just crazy awesome.
